Music Generation Meath is delighted to continue our traditional music ensemble in Navan, which will start back on Sept 21st. Rehearsing monthly, Sept 2024-May 2025, this is an opportunity for young traditional musicians, ages 11-17 years, to play together in a non competitive setting. Run by two experienced musicians, Jennifer Leahy and Niall Preston, this is a fun, social and exciting opportunity for young players – open to young players of any traditional instrument. The Traditional Music Ensemble will have a number of performance opportunities during the year.
